Children's Scripts

Default FrameIt is important that all students have a full script for the production.  It is easy to cut down on the amount of photocopying if they are only given the pages that their character appears on, however, this is not particularly helpful when they are trying to see how their character fits in with the production as a whole. It is very important that they can read the whole script and a full script is essential for learning cues. Encourage your students to highlight their lines as soon as they are given their scripts. This will help them in the line learning process, which should also start immediately. You will want your pupils to be “off-book” as soon as possible as it is much easier to direct if your actors are not wandering around with their noses in their scripts!
